How it works

  1. You write to me on Telegram or by email and briefly describe the task or what you want to learn.
  2. I reply, clarify the details and suggest a format: a consultation or mentoring. If the topic is not mine, I will say so right away.
  3. We meet online. A consultation takes place on Zoom and lasts 60 minutes.
  4. After the meeting I send a short summary and a list of next steps.

Questions

How is a consultation different from mentoring?

A consultation is one or several meetings on a specific task of a team. Mentoring is regular meetings with one person over several weeks or months until they have learned what they need.

What should I prepare for the meeting?

Briefly describe the task and send examples: current documents, the repository structure, the questions you need answered. For mentoring, send your resume and a couple of your texts if you have them.

In what language are the meetings held?

In Russian or in English. My English is at the C1 level.

How much does it cost?

A consultation costs 5,000 rubles for 60 minutes. A discount of up to 10% if you book several meetings in advance. The first 30-minute meeting is free. The price of mentoring depends on the duration and the program, which we set for your request.

Will you write the documentation for us?

A consultation is a review and recommendations, not an order for texts.
